Michelle has extensive experience in defending personal injury claims including claims against employers and schools, stress at work claims and historic sexual abuse claims. Michelle was the lead Solicitor in the claim of Woodland, a case in the Supreme Court, considering the non delegable duties of schools when lessons were contracted out to third parties.

Tracy is a qualified solicitor with extensive experience in defending personal injury cases from claims investigation through to trial.
