Personal Injury and Civil Litigation - Paralegal

Simon is experienced in defending personal injury claims; employers and public liability. He specialises in road traffic accident liability claims, including emergency services, and associated losses including a particular interest in the complex issues of Credit Hire & Credit Repair and costs including Conditional Fee Agreements.

 

Simon specialises in dealing with minor to moderate level injury claims of all types. Simon deals with cases from “cradle to grave”; from assessing liability, quantum, making and assessing Part 36 offers, to dealing with costs and CRU review/appeals, meaning the client only ever has one point of contact throughout the claim and costs are kept to a minimum.  He has also undertaken file audits for external clients on the effectiveness of their insurers/claims handlers.

 

Simon also has extensive experience in repossession of land subject to unauthorised travellers’ encampments, drawing up the relevant documents and regularly appears before the Magistrates’ Court to obtain the eviction Orders.

 

Simon is close the completing a formal CILEx Paralegal qualification.
