Emma Thomas, Employment Law Legal Services Manager and Solicitor at ELS
Emma deals with both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters and provides practical advice on a wide range of issues including all aspects of discrimination law, bullying and harassment, redundancies and restructures, equal pay, and resolving complex and sensitive employment disputes.
Ovril Tomlinson, Employment Solicitor at ELS
Ovril deals with all employment matters including TUPE, termination of contract, redundancy and restructure and general advisory work. Ovril has advised on various issues including complex whistleblowing issues, subject access requests and data protection issues as well as pension appeals under the Internal Dispute Regulation Procedure and Pension Ombudsman.
